Easy Mango Icecream



This sweet treat is so easy to make!  The recipe is from Linda K., one of our loyal readers.  If you would like to submit a recipe, please email jen@glutenfreeclasses.com

Ingredients
1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 (8oz.) tub of cool whip topping
1 (30 oz.) can of mango pulp

Blend together all ingredients and freeze.  This will make 16 oz. of ice cream.  Enjoy!
