This is a delightful salad that can be served for breakfast, as a side dish or for dessert. Now that spring is here, we have mint growing in our garden again. It makes any fruit salad taste better.
Cut all fruit into bite sized pieces. Pour 1/4 cup of orange juice over the fruit and mix. Toss chopped mint in the salad and stir.
1 honeydew melon
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
