Crunchy Nut Topping for Pancakes



1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Pulse in blender until nuts and seeds are crushed.

Place a dollop on each pancake before you flip them for the first time.  The topping will bake into the pancake.

Perfect on pumpkin pancakes!
