Have you ever had one of those days when you feel like the clock is going faster than normal? This might be the easiest recipe you will ever make and it is perfect to make on a crazy day. It pairs very nicely with lentil soup and can be made with only three ingredients. Make sure your pork chops are about 1/2 inch thick and defrosted before you are ready to prepare them. I buy my meat when it is on sale and then keep it in the freezer for easy meal preparation. If you plan ahead you can defrost your meat the day before and marinate it before you leave for work in the morning. This dish is so easy to prepare you don’t even need to marinate the meat.
4 teaspoons gluten-free honey mustard
4 1/2″ thick boneless center-cut pork chops
Preheat oven to 425. Spray a 13×9 pan with spray oil. Place the four chops in the pan and spread teaspoon of mustard over each chop. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the chops are no longer pink. If you over cook the chops they will become tough.
