These are the items that I always have stocked in my pantry or refrigerator. By having these items available at all times, I can easily make meals and snacks for any occasion. Don’t know what to make for dinner?
Saute some onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives and parsley. Serve it with pasta or over chicken.
Cook up a bag of lentils and add canned tomatoes, italian sausage, dried thyme, and some onion.
Need a quick snack, breakfast item or dessert? How about making some muffins or cupcakes and tossing in 1/4 cup of dried fruit and 1/2 cup of shredded coconut. Yumm!!
