TLC Sandwich – Turkey, Lettuce and Cranberry

Wow!  What a Thanksgiving feast we had last night.  Turkey and everything you could imagine to go with it.  The best part was being with my family, especially my sister who flew in from Denver with her family.

Today we ate leftovers and made TLC sandwiches.  Toasted gluten free bread, baconnaise, lettuce, turkey and my mom’s cranberry sauce.  Yum!  What did you do with your leftover turkey?  Let us know in the comment section below.
