Green Goodness Smoothie

Smoothies for breakfast are such a treat!  They are so easy to make, you get to use up your older produce and they taste great.

Here is what we made this week.

1/2 banana
1 clementine, peeled
1 apple, cored and quartered
1 large handful fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt*

Throw in a blender and blend until smooth.

For a dairy free version, use a non-dairy yogurt.

    This recipe sounds great! My daughter has a dairy/gluten/soy/caisen intolerance and she loves smoothies. Where can I find a non dairy yogurt substitution? Could you give me the brand names of non dairy yogurts that I could look for in stores? Thanks.
