Favorite Products: Breaded Chicken

I am finally settling back into life at home after the Gluten & Allergen Free Expo.  We had over 2,400 people in attendance and I want to thank everyone that made the event a reality.  Without all of you we wouldn’t be able to make the event happen.  If you think about almost 2,500 people at the event and then you think about all those people that will be helped by those in attendance – that is a lot of GF folks that will have better GF lives!

For the next few weeks I am going to feature some of my “favorite finds” from the Expo.  These are the products that if I had a First Place Blue Ribbon, they would have received the award.  You must understand that I run around like crazy all weekend and didn’t get to try many of the products – but some really stood out in my mind.  If you have favorites that you would like to share, please enter them in the commment section below.

So here we go….

Jen’s Favorite GF Finds #1:  Allergy Free Foods Breaded Chicken

These nuggets, tenders, wings (they come in all sorts of shapes and sizes!) are just perfect as far as I am concerned.  They are free of the top eight allergens and taste like “real” breaded chicken.  Both kids and adults will love these.

This product line is still rather hard to locate in mainstream stores so you might need to get them from your local health food store or ask your grocery store to carry them.  I know that The Free From Market in Orland Park, IL carries them too if you live near there (plus it is a great store for people with allergies and/or gluten issues).

I am going to make my Buffalo Chicken Salad with these.
