We made a great lunchtime pick me up smoothie today that you are going to love! Of course, you can add any fruit to your smoothies. I used what I had in the refrigerator and freezer. We served this with a handful of almonds and it was a perfect lunch.
Makes 2 large servings
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 banana, peeled
Put everything in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
