Last weekend was the Gluten & Allergen Free Expo in the suburbs of Chicago. We had over 4,250 people attend the event and I can’t even begin to offer enough THANK YOUS to everyone that helped out over the course of the weekend. As a follow-up to the event, Gluten Free Gigi offered a recap of the Expo and the Nourished Food Blogger Conference that occurred last Friday. My favorite part of her write-up was a summary of all the crazy things in our food.
Gigi gave a great presentation at the Expo and hopefully she will be back at our Dallas Expo on September 8-9 at the Westin Park Central.
