Quick Halloween Cupcakes



Here are the perfect EASY gluten-free treats to make this Halloween.  You still have time before tonight to make them!  This is what I made for my kids’ classrooms.

1 box cupcake or muffin mix (I used King Arthur Gluten Free Muffin Mix)
Ingredients on the box to make the muffins (3 eggs, 6 T oil, 3/4 cups milk)
Betty Crocker or Pillsbury Sprayable Frosting in a Can*
Wilton Icing Decorations

Prepare batter according to directions.  Bake the cupcakes and allow to cool completely.

Decorate with sprayable frosting and top with a pre-made candy toppers from Wilton.

VOILA!  Instant adorable dessert….

* To find out if this product was GF, I called Betty Crocker.  They then forwarded me to Signature Brands at 1-877-726-8793 where I learned that all colors of Betty Crocker Decorating Cake Icings are GF.  For Pillsbury, I called 1-800-767-4466 and learned that their Easy Frost No-Fuss Frosting does not have gluten containing ingredients.
