Sorry I haven’t posted much lately. I’ve been working on a new project and I can’t wait to tell you about it! What would you say if I told you that there is going to be a television show just for you! I am in the process of shooting for exactly that – a show for anyone living a gluten and/or allergen-free life.
Last week I had the honor of shooting our first episode of Living Free. The show is going to take place around the US and we started in Chicago, since that is where I live. My crew visited local restaurants, bakeries, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc… all related to special diets. We filmed a talk show in front of a live audience (we even had a house band!), and shot incredible cooking segments with Chef Danny Ovanin and Chef Kendra Peterson.
I can’t wait to show you some of the footage as soon as it is available. And I really can’t wait to tell you when and where you can start watching the show. I’ll be back with details soon…
I am so excited to work on this project. My kids need something like this, my readers and friends need something like this, and the whole world will be a better place when Living Free airs.
