When and where is the 2010 Gluten Free Cooking Expo?

Who should attend the Conference?
The 2010 Gluten Free Cooking Expo is for anyone involved with the gluten-free lifestyle. The event focuses on preparing gluten-free cuisine that is both delicious and easy to create at home. The sessions are for the novice cook and the experienced professional chef.
Nutritionists will help you understand how to have a balanced diet while living the gluten-free lifestyle. The presenters will also be able to discuss the use of replacement foods, such as dairy and sugar alternatives.
In short, if you are a celiac, a parent of an autistic child, or living the gluten-free lifestyle for other reasons, the 2010 Gluten Free Cooking Expo is for you!
How do I register and how much does it cost to attend?

Can I register on-site at the Conference?
Sorry, no on-site registrations will be accepted for the Expo cooking sessions. You may only attend the vendor fair if you pay on-site. The vendor fair is $15 per adult and children under 12 are free.
What registration options do I have, and what does each include?
Attendees can register for the Full Conference or the Single-Day Conference. Please visit the registration page for a complete price list.
Can I get a receipt/invoice for my registration?
If you register online, you will be presented with a printable receipt at the end of the registration process (on your confirmation page). Please print that page for your records; it acts as your receipt. You will not be mailed any information. Everything will be via email.
Can I make my hotel reservation when I register?
No, but you can make your reservations via Web, phone or fax. You’ll find complete information on the Hotel Information page. Please be sure to make your reservations early, as our room block fills quickly.
When is the Early-Bird registration deadline?
The deadline for receiving Early-Bird registration prices is February 15, 2010.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us via email at support@glutenfreeclasses.com by April 1, 2010. Your registration fee will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee per person if you cancel before April 1. No registrations will be refunded after April 1, 2010.
